ASSESSMENT.
Everyone completes. Each Everything DiSC® behavioural assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each learner. This takes around 15-20 minutes to complete online.
PART 2 :
PROFILE.
The personalised content in the profile deepens self-understanding through the DiSC® model. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies.
PART 3 :
LEARNING.
The profile comes to life through a training experience that engages and educates people. Delivered in-person, virtual online or hybrid this session is aimed at HOW communication and collaboration can be improved in the future.
PART 4 :
DEVELOPMENT.
Optional. Through personal development coaching, individuals can go even deeper into their DiSC® profile, exploring real-world tips for connecting with colleagues and building high performance team dynamics.
